Write a loan proposal for a co-working company.

After we wrangled in the CoWerks founders for a half-day session to get as much copy as possible on a google doc, we assigned them with duties that could not be performed by our team: the financials (accountants handle that) and letters of support. The rest was on us. In a week, we took a wide array of documents and plans from the group and consolidated them into a clear and concise proposal for the state funded grant. Identifying gaps in their plan we sat with them through numerous meetings to clearly articulate how they were going to grow and its benefit to the community, and how these things could be sustained through their business model. Ultimately they received $240K in grant and loan from the state, and are currently in the process of taking over the entire floor of their current building as well as an additional spot in the downtown.
