Facilitate B2B relationships to allow for long term growth. Create structure within existing departments to handle ongoing efforts with new product.
Tribeca knew that short-term programs for liberal arts students were a product niche that would pair well with their course material, but how to whip this into reality was their marketing and project management gap. We came in to develop an agenda that would relay their brand to liberal arts institutions, generate partnerships, identify courses that would be attractive to this audience, and provide a personal approach to marketing and salesmanship. Our approach to development and marketing for a product need is to not oversell to parties, but ensure this product is prepared as an authentic tool and service so that its appeal is beyond logic.
